Facebook Marketing System for MLM Pros
Facebook marketing is huge, and if you’re smart – you’ll consider adding it to your selection of online marketing tools to recruit, share, and forge strong business and personal relationships.
In any sort of sales, you go where the people are. I can tell you with extreme certainty that they’re on Facebook. For sure, the social media giant is a major hub of activity for many of us. If you’re reading this post, I imagine you very may well have Facebook open in another tab right now! (Be sure to share this post with your friends if you do!)
Here’s some staggering facts for you regarding Facebook usage. Not more than a year ago, an article on the Daily Buzz stated that
- With over 500 million users, Facebook is now used by 1 in every 13 people on earth, with over 250 million of them (over 50%) who log in every day.
- Almost 72% of all US internet users are on now Facebook, while 70% of the entire user base is located outside of the US.
- Over 700 Billion minutes a month are spent on Facebook, 20 million applications are installed per day and over 250 million people interact with Facebook from outside the official website on a monthly basis, across 2 million websites.
- In just 20 minutes on Facebook over 1 million links are shared, 2 million friend requests are accepted and almost 3 million messages are sent.

So How Do MLM Pros Make Money with Facebook Marketing?
The short answer is that they follow a system. ”NOT” following a Facebook marketing system was my first mistake a while back. Marketing on Facebook the wrong way was also a mistake I made early on. But, let me tell you my story.
I’m an analytical guy, so I’m always looking at the money making side of things when it comes to any online venture. I started blogging about 4 years ago, and have blogs up now that earn me monthly revenue via advertisements and the like. But when it comes to marketing on Facebook, I am taking some time to get my mind right. I want to be sure I’m learning the “how to” part of Facebook marketing from people who have been successful with it.
I’ve dabbled in using Facebook for marketing for a while now, but only for my passion projects. One of them is a BBQ Blog I set up several years back and still maintain as part of my downtime enjoyment. When I wanted to get the word out about my site, I turned to Facebook Ads to promote it. I was instantly amazed by the level of “drill down” available in the Facebook marketing and ad center. Seriously, if you want to market to 75 year old retirees who live in Orlando, Florida and like Andy Griffith show reruns, no problem! Facebook lets you drill down to that!
But between the drill down capability, the payment options, the need to split test, etc. – I soon gave up my FB ad campaigns simply because it all sort of overwhelmed me. I let the “what ifs” and “am I doing this right” statements enter my mind. Those statements began to ring louder and louder in my head to the point where I just put everything dealing with marketing on Facebook on hold. I felt that in order to really maximize my marketing on Facebook efforts, I needed to search for a system or a service that offered a step by step blueprint.
Step by Step Facebook Marketing Blueprint
There are different ways you can go with any type of social media marketing effort. You can outsource the lot of it, or you can boot strap an effort yourself. Obviously, there are hybrid approaches, too – where you outsource some and do the rest on your own.
I read a Washington Post article titled “Facebook marketing boom creates niche for advertising startups” where some HUGE momentum is building up behind a few social media marketing firms out there. Buddy Media, Inc – a social meida company founded in 2007 by entrepreneur Michael Lazerow rakes in roughly $100 million a year in sales. Wildfire Interactive, another such company, does Facebook Marketing work for brands like Pepsi – pushing say, their Mountain Dew brand.
FUN FACT: Pepsi pays Wildfire Inc. about $35,000 a year for a Facebook Page called “Dew Labs,” where visitors interact with the Mountain Dew brand and even have the chance to formulate and suggest new Mountain Dew flavors.
This is all well and good – but I don’t have the cash to hire Buddy Media or Wildfire! How do I succeed with Facebook marketing on my own?
The answer I’ve come up with is to tie into a solid Facebook marketing system that I can implement myself.
I’ve searched and searched - looking at different products, e-books, and webinars, deciding finally that there is one that stands above the rest. This Facebook marketing system is one offered by Michelle Pescosolido. Her Facebook marketing savvy is out of control awesome, and personal conversations with her have only solidified my belief that she is without a doubt one of the best Facebook marketing professionals on the planet!
I may not be the biggest marketing force on the planet. I may not have countless minions working to push, promote, and engage with others online, but what I do have is access to great content, training, and expertise like that offered from Michelle.
Don’t be surprised if you see some of my ads popping up on your Facebook sidebar! I’ll keep you all posted with reports of what I hope will be a successful run!
